If you purchase new shades from us we will waive the cost of your window coverings assessment.
No. The warranty is only good for the original purchaser of the product. The shades can still be repaired; you will just have to pay for labour and repair costs.
The majority of motors and motorized components are warrantied for 5 years from the purchase date.
We can attempt to do so. However, it is generally best to go back to the supplier whom you purchased the window coverings from originally. They know the product and your home and they are best suited to get a warranty or fix your shades. If you don’t know where the shades came from, then please give us a call and we can come and assess the situation.
